Job Responsibilities- Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients needs and design tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their therapeutic goals
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based methodologies to improve patients motor functions, cognitive abilities, and everyday tasks
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, SLPs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide thorough, holistic patient care
- Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers on therapy methods that enable ongoing progress at home
- Evaluate and Record Progress: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patient success
- Accredited degree in Occupational Therapy
- Promotion of continuing education and post-graduate certifications is supported and encouraged
- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
