Description
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics, employing standardized tests and observational analysis.
- Craft individualized treatment plans designed to address both immediate needs and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing objectives.
- Deliver dedicated one-on-one speech therapy targeting communication skills, language proficiency, fluency enhancements, voice modulation, and swallowing rehabilitation.
- Engage collaboratively with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to devise integrative care strategies.
- Educate patients and their families to support their progress beyond therapy sessions.
- Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care throughout the healing process.
- Uphold meticulous and timely documentation adhering to state, federal, and organizational standards.

Education
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.
Certifications

- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of joining.
