Location: Fairmont, North Carolina
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday
Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

A full-time opportunity is now open for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist in Fairmont, NC for the 20252026 school year. In this role, you'll help students develop the skills they need to succeed in the classroom and beyondmaking a meaningful impact every day.

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services to K12 students

• Conduct evaluations to assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional needs

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

• Support student participation in academic and daily activities

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student independence

• Document progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting

• Promote an inclusive and accessible learning environment

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina

• Experience in educational or pediatric therapy settings preferred

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
