Schedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday
Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

A full-time opening is available for a qualified and compassionate Occupational Therapist in St. Pauls, NC for the 20252026 school year. This position is essential in helping students overcome challenges that impact their ability to succeed academically, socially, and physically in the school setting.

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K12 students

• Assess and address fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that support IEP goals

• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote student success and independence

• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records and documentation

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning and decision-making

• Support inclusive classroom strategies and student access to the curriculum

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

• North Carolina licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an Occupational Therapist

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and evidence-based practices
