Travel Allied - Physical Therapist (PT)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist Home Health

Shift : Variable Days / 85, 40 hrs per week, Monday- Friday

Length : 13 weeks

Weekends: PTs rotate one Saturday every 6-8 weeks. (will be given a a day off during the week on the weeks they work Saturday)

Requirements:

• WI License
• 1 Year Experience
• Home Health experience
• Training working with the adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis
• Knowledge of Physical Therapy standards and practices acquired through a minimum of a Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• AHA BLS
• Must have NPI number (can apply upon offer)
• Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy

Other Details:

• Float Requirements: occasional travel to central/ Northern regions
• Charting/Equipment: Laptop for point of service documentation, NetSmart EMR, and cell phone for GPS and communication.
