Travel Allied - Physical Therapist (PT)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist Home Health

Shift : Days / 8a-5:30p, 85, 40 hrs per week, M-F

Length : 13 weeks

Weekend/Holiday: PTs rotate one Saturday every 6-8 weeks. (the Sat. they work would be given a day off during the week) Saturday only. No holiday.

Requirements:

• WI License
• 1 Year Experience
• Home Health experience
• Training working with the adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis
• Knowledge of Physical Therapy standards and practices acquired through a minimum of a Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• AHA BLS
• Bachelors degree

Other Details:

• Float Requirements: occasional travel to other branches as needed
• Charting/Equipment: Laptop for point of service documentation, NetSmart EMR, and cell phone for GPS and communication
• Radius Rule: Contractors must live outside a 50 mile radius
