Your Key Responsibilities

• Create Custom Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and develop tailored therapy strategies that help them reach their functional goals

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as physicians and nursing staff, to provide comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families: Offer guidance to patients and their families on therapy approaches to facilitate continued progress outside of clinical settings
• Track Progress and Adjust Care: Monitor clinical outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure patients remain on track

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement to pursue continuing education and additional certifications

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
