Job Description
  • Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients requirements and devise personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional milestones

  • Collaborate with Health Professionals: Work together with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic and thorough care
  • Guide Patients and Families: Equip patients and their loved ones with essential therapy techniques to foster continued progress at home
  • Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches as necessary to keep patients on their path to success
Education
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported
Certifications
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
