Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Hughson, CA

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a school district located in Hughson, California. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential speech and language services to K12 students, supporting their communication development and helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students speech, language, and communication needs

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that align with student goals

• Provide direct therapy services addressing a wide range of speech and language disorders

• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create effective support strategies

• Track and document student progress in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

• Apply evidence-based therapy methods to promote student growth and success

Qualifications:

• Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Prior school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
