Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Empire, CA

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site role supporting a school district in Empire, California. This position provides an excellent opportunity to deliver vital speech and language services to K12 students, helping them build communication skills and achieve success academically, socially, and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students speech, language, and communication needs

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals

• Provide direct therapy services for a variety of speech and language disorders

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure effective support strategies

• Document and monitor student progress in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements

• Utilize evidence-based practices to support student growth and achievement

Qualifications:

• Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations in an educational setting
