This contract position involves supporting students in grades 3 through 5, with approximately 50 children under your care. The assignment will begin as soon as possible and could last from six weeks up to the full semester, depending on the medical leave duration. Responsibilities include delivering speech and language services tailored to the developmental needs of elementary-aged students, collaborating with onsite staff, and documenting student progress to support individualized education plans. The role operates on a 7:45 AM to 2:30 PM bell schedule, providing a structured workday aligned with school hours. Onsite support staff will be available to assist in creating a team-focused environment. Desired qualifications and experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with elementary school-aged children (grades 3-5) Ability to manage caseloads of approximately 50 students Strong collaboration and communication skills to work alongside educators and support staff Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the leave duration, which may range from six weeks to a full semester Location: Shepherdsville, KY This opportunity offers valuable experience in a supportive educational setting dedicated to student growth.
