Hiring: Occupational Therapist (OT) School-Based Position Aurora, IL

Position Overview:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate students, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy aligned with IEP goals. You'll work closely with teachers, parents, and related service providers to ensure each students needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and write detailed reports

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services per student IEPs

• Address fine motor, sensory processing, and visual-motor integration needs

• Collaborate with school staff to integrate supports in the classroom

• Document services and monitor student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and planning

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy License

• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Passion for supporting student growth in educational environments

Job Details:

• Location: Aurora, IL

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignment based on district needs)
