Ann Arbor Public Schools is actively hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver assessments and therapy that help students develop strong communication skills for academic and social success. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, student-focused team.

Position Overview:
As an SLP, you will evaluate student needs, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy addressing a wide range of speech and language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and prepare clear, comprehensive reports

• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

• Address articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and social communication

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress

• Attend IEP meetings and provide recommendations and progress updates

• Maintain accurate documentation to comply with district and state guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Michigan SLP License

• Michigan Department of Education Certification for School-Based SLPs

• ASHA CCC strongly preferred

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
