Service Overview Join our team of dedicated professionals providing speech and language services through state-of-the-art virtual therapy platforms. You'll work with students presenting diverse communication challenges while collaborating with educational teams to ensure comprehensive support. Our technology-enhanced approach maintains therapeutic effectiveness while providing unprecedented professional flexibility. Clinical Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive virtual speech and language evaluations using digital assessment tools
Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and IEP goals
Deliver engaging therapy sessions through interactive online platforms and applications
Collaborate with educational teams to integrate therapy objectives into classroom activities
Monitor student progress through data collection and adjust interventions for optimal outcomes
Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation of therapeutic services
Provide consultation to teachers and families on communication strategies and support
Participate in virtual professional development and continuing education opportunities
Clinical Specifications 36-40 hours per week of direct therapy and administrative responsibilities
Caseload of 50-60 students across preschool through high school levels
Flexible scheduling to accommodate diverse student and family needs
Support for articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication disorders
Individual and group therapy sessions utilizing interactive technology
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and related service providers
Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA-accredited program
Current Ohio state licensure or ability to obtain within specified timeframe
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Minimum 2 years of school-based experience with diverse populations
Demonstrated competency in virtual service delivery and telepractice
Strong technological aptitude and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Virtual Practice Requirements Dedicated home office with professional appearance and appropriate lighting
High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download)
Quality webcam and audio equipment for clear communication
Quiet workspace free from interruptions and distractions
Backup power and internet solutions for service continuity
