Our technology-enhanced approach maintains therapeutic effectiveness while offering unprecedented flexibility. Essential Duties Conduct virtual speech and language assessments using digital tools

Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations

Deliver engaging therapy sessions through interactive online platforms

Collaborate with educational teams to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities

Monitor student progress and adjust interventions for optimal outcomes

Maintain detailed records and documentation of therapeutic services

Provide consultation to teachers and families on communication strategies

Participate in virtual professional development and training opportunities

Position Specifications 36-40 hours per week of clinical and administrative duties

Caseload of 48-58 students across preschool through high school

Flexible scheduling to accommodate diverse student needs

Support for articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication disorders

Individual and group therapy sessions

Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Mandatory Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA-accredited program

Current New Mexico state licensure or ability to obtain

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

Minimum 2 years of school-based experience

Demonstrated competency in virtual service delivery

Strong technological aptitude and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
