Position Overview This remote position offers the opportunity to work with students requiring speech and language services through our state-of-the-art virtual platform. You'll be supporting students with various communication needs while collaborating with school teams to ensure comprehensive care. Our technology-driven approach allows for meaningful therapeutic relationships while providing the flexibility of remote work. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive virtual speech and language evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs

Provide direct therapy services through engaging online platforms

Collaborate with IEP teams to establish appropriate goals and accommodations

Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports

Participate in virtual team meetings and parent conferences

Utilize innovative technology tools to enhance therapeutic outcomes

Typical Schedule and Caseload 35-37.5 hours per week of direct and indirect services

Caseload of 45-55 students across various grade levels

Flexible scheduling to accommodate different time zones

Mix of individual and group therapy sessions

Support for students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs

Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Current Michigan state licensure or ability to obtain

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Minimum 2 years of school-based experience required

Strong technology skills and comfort with virtual platforms

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace

Technical Requirements Computer with updated operating system and webcam

Noise-canceling headset for clear audio quality

Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download)

Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and educational technology
