Speech and Language Pathologist in Ocean Shores, WA

Two Speech-Language Pathologist positions are available to support K-12 students at a school located in Ocean Shores, WA, for the upcoming school year. These full-time contract roles offer the opportunity to work a 37.5-hour week with caseloads averaging around 50 students, spanning preK-12. Assignments will be tailored based on individual staff strengths to ensure an effective and rewarding experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students across the preK-12 spectrum.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving communication skills.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the overall educational plan.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Washington state SLP license.
• ESA certification.
• Experience working with a diverse caseload in an educational setting preferred.
