We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year in the Copperas Cove, TX area. This role supports students across Pre K-12 settings by providing therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, helping students develop essential skills for school success and daily life. Assignments may include multiple locations within the district. Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students under OT supervision

Implement individualized treatment plans and activities

Assist with assessments and documentation of student progress

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success

Adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of students

Participate in team meetings and professional development as required Qualifications:

Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Current state licensure or eligibility as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Texas

School-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Benefits:
