• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives.
• Implement Evidence-Based Therapy: Use proven techniques to promote improvements in patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with Diverse Healthcare Teams: Work synergistically with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide informative guidance to patients and their families regarding therapy methods to facilitate ongoing success at home.
• Monitor and Assess Progress: Keep track of clinical results and modify treatment plans as required to ensure successful patient journeys.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Encouragement for ongoing education or additional certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
