A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students during the 2025-2026 school year. This role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time schedules with caseloads organized by classrooms.

Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services to students from Kindergarten through transition ages (12+) with varying communication abilities, including non-verbal students and AAC users.
- Manage caseloads typically involving 2-4 classrooms, each with up to 10 students.
- Support approximately 60% of students with Autism spectrum disorders, addressing diverse speech and communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to facilitate student progress and communication skill development.
Qualifications:
- Current Illinois license for SLP or SLPA.
- For SLPs: Professional Educator License (PEL) through the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE).
- Experience working with pediatric populations and familiarity with Autism is highly beneficial.
