Location: Austin, TX and nearby areas! Responsibilities: Provide direct pediatric therapy services in a home health setting Manage and grow a personal patient caseload Collaborate with the clinical director and recruiting team to expand the local therapy team Provide support, training, and mentorship to newly hired therapists Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal policies and procedures Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and clinical development Transition into a team management/administrative role as the caseload and team grow Requirements Current licensure in the state of Texas as an SLP Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience, preferably in home health Demonstrated leadership skills or prior experience in a lead or supervisory role Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Passion for working with children and their families Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience building or managing a therapy caseload/team Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Knowledge of EMR systems and therapy documentation standards Benefits Weekly pay - We pay our team weekly so you can enjoy a steady income.
