Job Description

• Develop Customized Treatment Programs: Assess individual patient needs and create tailored therapeutic plans aimed at reaching their personal functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to improve patients motor function, cognitive skills, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide insights to patients and their families regarding therapeutic methodologies to support ongoing recovery at home.
• Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment strategies as required to maintain progress towards recovery goals.

Education

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement and support for continuing education and post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
