School-Based SLP

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed to provide services for K-12 students in a Forest Grove, OR school district. This full-semester contract opportunity offers the chance to support diverse learners in a dynamic school environment. Candidates with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are preferred; candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF) are encouraged to apply. SLPA candidates will not be considered. Location and Schedule: Located approximately 36 minutes west of Portland, OR Full-time position for the duration of the semester Contract-based assignment Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; CF candidates welcome Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with school-aged children preferred Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse student needs Benefits and Perks: Opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative school setting Gain valuable experience supporting a wide range of speech and language needs Direct communication with the director during the interview process The director is currently conducting interviews this week.
