Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a full-semester contract in a K-12 public school setting located approximately 36 minutes west of Portland, OR. This opportunity provides valuable experience working across a broad age range in a dynamic educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student communication goals Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state regulations Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success planning Qualifications and Experience: Valid SLP licensure and current CCC credential are required Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs); candidates with Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) credentials will not be considered Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse student populations and staff Experience working in school settings preferred but not mandatory Location: Position is based in a public K-12 school in Beaverton, Oregon, about a 36-minute drive west of Portland, allowing access to metropolitan resources alongside a supportive community environment This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a positive impact in students' lives.
