Job Description

  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work seamlessly with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their families about effective therapy strategies to enhance continuous development at home.
  • Document and Monitor Progress: Keep track of clinical results and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients stay aligned with their rehabilitation goals.
Education
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Encouragement and support for ongoing education or advanced certifications.
Certifications
  • Possess an active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
