Licensed Occupational Therapist - OTR

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and develop individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to improve patients motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work in close partnership with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide essential insights and guidance to patients and families regarding therapy approaches to facilitate progress beyond the clinical setting
• Monitor Progress: Assess clinical developments and modify treatment plans as needed to keep patients on the right track

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
