• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Analyze patients needs and create individualized therapy strategies aimed at helping them achieve their functional objectives.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Utilize clinically-supported techniques to enhance patients motor skills, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate within Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers about therapeutic techniques that promote sustainable progress outside our setting.
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure patients continue to thrive.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized and accredited institution.
• Encouragement for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications to enhance skills.

• Possession of a current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is required.

• A deep-seated passion for supporting individuals and a instinctive drive to assist others in reaching their maximum independence.
