Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K12 students in accordance with their IEPs.
Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine motor, sensory, and functional needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans that address fine motor skills, sensory integration, and functional life skills.
Partner closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to integrate OT strategies into the classroom.
Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state regulations.
Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations to support student success.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active OT license in any state (California licensure support provided).
School-based or pediatric therapy experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds are welcome.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
