A contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility is needed to provide therapeutic services in a K-12 educational setting in Wauchula, FL. This onsite position offers 30 hours per week over 4 days, working with a caseload of approximately 50 students ranging from 14 to 21 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver speech therapy services to students with diverse communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Florida state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- SLP CCC required; candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are eligible to apply.
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 50 students effectively.
