Delta View Post-Acute a 99-bed skilled nursing facility in Antioch, California, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. Responsibilities As an SLP, you will work to improve patients' communication and swallowing skills to enhance their independence and quality of life. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulations. You will also educate families and staff on patient care and may act as a clinical preceptor. Requirements Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Therapy.
