Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Regina, NM

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Regina, New Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity to support the communication and academic success of K12 students by providing individualized speech and language services in a collaborative educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess students communication needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and student performance

• Provide direct therapy services and consultative support to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and service plans

• Monitor and document student progress in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines

• Support inclusive practices and contribute to a positive school environment

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Current New Mexico SLP license or eligibility for licensure

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; CFs are also encouraged to apply

• Prior experience in school settings preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
