  • Deliver tailored speech therapy sessions aimed at enhancing language, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physical and occupational therapists, to ensure seamless patient care.

  • Engage in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring a consistent care experience.

Education and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for candidates not yet certified by ASHA.

Certifications Required

  • State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within the first month of employment.
