Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist Our client is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Physical Therapist to support patients in achieving their highest level of functional independence. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who is driven by personalized care, values collaboration, and is adaptable to working across diverse patient populations. Travel flexibility and a strong foundation in physical therapy techniques are essential. This role is onsite in Seaside, Oregon. Physical Therapist Responsibilities Deliver skilled physical therapy services tailored to individual patient diagnoses, functional levels, and age-related needs. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care and outcomes. Provide patient education to promote engagement in treatment and recovery processes. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Physical Therapist Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current Oregon Physical Therapist license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire). Minimum of 1-2 years of physical therapy experience preferred. Must be willing and able to travel as needed. Successful completion of a DHS background check, as required by state and client policies. Salary: $91k-$142k/year.
