School Occupational Therapist Latrobe, Pennsylvania

An opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to serve a K-12 school system in Indiana, PA, from October 13, 2025, through March 31, 2026. This contract position involves providing occupational therapy services across two school sites, with paid travel time between locations. The role requires a candidate comfortable with supervising two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) who will assist with the caseload.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license required
• Experience in home health, healthcare, teletherapy, and school-based occupational therapy settings
• Ability to supervise COTAs effectively
• Familiarity with managing a K-12 caseload in a school environment
• Willingness to travel between school sites with compensation for transit time

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized occupational therapy services to K-12 students
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and the COTAs to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Manage and support a caseload while supervising COTA staff to provide quality care
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate actively in meetings and contribute to the enhancement of therapy services within the schools

Work Hours: 35 hours per week (schedule to be determined)
