SLP Position with August Training School Role near Redford, MI

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed near Redford, MI for the 20252026 school year. This full-time role includes a one-month training period before the academic year begins, and features a manageable caseload in a supportive school setting.

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students

• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development

• Document services and track progress in alignment with district requirements

• Collaborate with special education staff, general education teachers, and families

• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Michigan SLP License

• ASHA CCC preferred; CFYs may be considered

• Previous experience in schools preferred

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Comfortable working onsite and participating in training activities
