  • Provide essential education to patients and families, enhancing their understanding and support during the therapy process.
  • Occasionally assist with inpatient evaluations and treatments, ensuring seamless care throughout the patient's journey.

Education

  • A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational institution.
  • Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet achieved.

Certifications

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
  • Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hiring.
