Were looking for a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient team, specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine. Whether you're a seasoned clinician or a recent graduate, youll find a collaborative team, expert mentorship, and access to some of the best orthopedic professionals in New England.

Our Avon clinic also features aquatic therapy and access to the onsite Healthtrax gym.

What Youll Do:

Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical challenges

Develop personalized care plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes

Empower patients to regain independence and improve their quality of life

Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).

Current State of CT Physical Therapy license required or active temporary license at time of hire
