Description

- Deliver targeted speech therapy sessions that concentrate on language skills, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing functions.
- Engage in collaboration with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to design comprehensive care approaches.
- Provide education to patients and their families to encourage progress beyond therapy settings.
- Occasionally participate in inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless patient care during their treatment journey.

Education
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required if not yet ASHA-certified.
Certifications

- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification needed within 30 days of hire.
