Caseload: 25-30 Students, K-8th Grade This full-time, contract position is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) dedicated to supporting the communication development of K-8 students in a school setting. You will play a vital role in assessing speech and language abilities, delivering tailored therapy, and collaborating with educational teams to promote student success throughout the school year. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals Provide targeted therapy through individual and group sessions Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to maintain coordinated support Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed Participate in IEP meetings to contribute professional recommendations Qualifications: Valid Pennsylvania professional license or willingness to obtain ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required Ability to work on-site in West Chester, PA This opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills in a supportive school environment.
