Therapy Manager Jobs in Idaho

A Therapy Manager is a crucial figure in the therapeutic industry who oversees and manages all activities and operations within a therapeutic facility. Before becoming a Therapy Manager, an individual may have roles such as a Therapist, Senior or Lead Therapist, or Therapy Supervisor. In terms of qualifications, they should have a degree in a therapeutic or related field, and some positions may require a master's degree. They should have relevant certifications such as licensed physical therapist, occupational therapist, or speech-language pathologist. Furthermore, they should have several years of experience providing therapy services and some experience in a managerial or supervisory role. Being certified in CPR and first aid and having knowledge of relevant software and technology used in therapeutic services may also be necessary.
