Overview:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication disorders. You will work in diverse settings such as clinics, hospitals, schools, and critical care units to provide personalized therapy services tailored to each patient's needs.

Duties:
Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills, articulation, fluency, and swallowing abilities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Utilize standardized testing and evidence-based practices in treatment interventions.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions.

Job Requirements:
Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Experience working in settings such as hospitals, schools, or clinics preferred.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and neurology related to speech and language disorders.
Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) for school-based practice.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care.
ASHA certification
