POSITION: Speech Language Pathologist
LOCATION: Southington Public Schools (Extended School Year Program)
SALARY: $50.00 per hour

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

• Plan and implement ESY programming based on students IEPs.
• Develop schedule to implement direct services and consult.
• Collect and record progress monitoring data.

PROGRAM DATES AND DETAILS ~
*Must be available for all days of ESY and set-up day ~ NO EXCEPTIONS
Set-up Date ~ June 26, 2025 (8:00 am 12:00 pm)
Program Schedule Week 1 ~ July 7, 2025 July 10, 2025
Week 2 ~ July 14, 2025 July 17, 2025
Week 3 ~ July 21, 2025 July 24, 2025
Week 4 ~ July 28, 2025 July 31, 2025

Staff Times ~ 8:15 a.m. 12:15 p.m.
Program Times ~ 8:30 a.m. 12:00 p.m.

QUALIFICATIONS:
CT Certification Required

• 061 Speech Language Pathologist
• Licensed from the Department of Health
