SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST Assistant

30 Hours per week

Description :
SLPA provides direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Responsibilities include:

* Delivering individual and group therapy sessions focused on articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication.
* Maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and accurate data of student performance.
* Working closely with SLPs, teachers, and other school personnel to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support student progress.
* Assisting in the development of therapy materials and providing support to classroom staff on communication strategies.

Qualifications:
* Successful completion of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Certificate program.
* Experience working with children preferred

Salary:
The salay for this position is $30 per hour.
