Are you a new graduate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) preparing to start your Clinical Fellowship (CFY)? This is an exciting full-time, school-based opportunity for new SLPs looking for a structured mentorship program in a collaborative educational setting . You'll gain hands-on experience while working with a dedicated team of educators and therapists . Your Role as a School-Based SLP-CFY: Provide speech-language therapy to students in elementary or middle school settings .
Work closely with an experienced CCC-SLP mentor who will support you through your Clinical Fellowship.
Assess students, create individualized therapy plans (IEPs), and track progress .
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to ensure student success.
Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and intervention planning .
What You Need to Apply: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) in Wisconsin.
Wisconsin SLP license (or in the process of obtaining one) .
Passion for working with students in a school-based setting .
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
