About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide remote therapy services to K-12 students in Rockford, Illinois. In this role, you will work with students to address speech and language disorders in both English and Spanish, providing virtual therapy to help students succeed academically and socially.

• Provide remote speech and language therapy to students with various communication disorders in both English and Spanish.

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet students specific speech and language goals.

• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams to track student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for speech and language goals.

• Assist general education teachers in modifying classroom activities for students with communication challenges.

• Maintain accurate therapy logs and ensure compliance with Illinois special education regulations.

• Valid Illinois licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• At least two years of experience as an SLP (teletherapy experience preferred).

• Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and tools.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively in a remote setting.

• A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
