Soliant is working with a welcoming and well-supported school district in Baltimore, Maryland to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 20252026 school year . This position is available as full-time or part-time , and will serve an elementary school caseload with a focus on students who use AAC devices and those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) .
Position Overview:

• Caseload: Elementary students with AAC and ASD needs
• Setting: On-site, school-based
• Duration: Entire 20252026 academic year
• Hours: Flexible Full-time or Part-time available

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $45$65 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Maryland SLP license
• ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs with strong clinical background may be considered
