Occupational Therapist & Assistant Rehab Director,

Occupational Therapist & Assistant Rehab Director, Consonus Rehab, Seattle, WA: Provide evidence-based services within their scope of practice while following applicable Federal, State, and local regulations as well as Consonus Policies and Procedures. Duties and responsibilities of the position include:

- Provide comprehensive evaluation of assigned/scheduled patients including all pertinent systems to identify impairments and functional deficits within scope of practice.

- Create a Plan of Care designed to achieve appropriate person-centered outcomes.

- Provide treatments according to plan of care and/or delegate to appropriate personnel.

- Utilize Consonus clinical programs and pathways as outlined to ensure evidence-based practice and optimal patient outcomes.

- Monitor and update Plan of Care to accommodate for progress, barriers, and/or change of condition or circumstances.

- Coordinate and communicate with all members of the Interdisciplinary team to ensure successful outcomes.

- Complete screens, wellness interventions, and/or personal fitness training services as needed and requested according to Consonus policies and procedures.

As an Assistant Rehab Director, the position is also responsible for directing the physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology professionals, as well as support staff on their team to successful clinical outcomes, compliance with all applicable regulations, Consonus Policies and Procedures, excellent customer satisfaction, and target business results.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: **

**Education:** A master's degree (U.S. or foreign degree equivalent) in occupational therapy.

***SKILLS/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS*:**

Must have or be eligible for an occupational therapist license in Washington.

Basic pay is one hundred and four thousand dollars to one hundred and four thousand and one dollars annually for full-time employment and standard company benefits ( Consonus Rehab's Employee Referral Program applies to this position.
