This role is designed for certified Speech Language Pathologists passionate about delivering high-quality, virtual interventions to support students' communication development. • Weekly Hours: 35 to 37.5 hours, aligned with school calendar and schedules

• Grade Levels: Serving a diverse caseload ranging from early elementary through high school students

• Caseload Size: Typically 40 to 60 students receiving individual and group virtual therapy

• Virtual Instruction: Teletherapy sessions via secure video platforms, supplemented by digital IEP management

• Support Areas:

• Articulation and phonological disorders

• Language delays and disorders

• Fluency and stuttering support

• Social communication skills

• Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies

• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments in compliance with district and state standards

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals

• Provide engaging teletherapy lessons tailored to each students needs

• Track and document student progress meticulously using digital tools

• Collaborate with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

• Maintain professional communication and documentation according to ethical and legal guidelines

• Current Kentucky state licensure for Speech Language Pathologists (required)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) mandatory

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience working with K-12 students

• Proven ability to deliver services effectively in a remote/virtual environment

• Reliable high-speed internet connection, webcam, microphone, and a private workspace suitable for teletherapy
