• Work Hours: 35 to 37.5 hours weekly, aligned with the academic school year

• Grade Levels: Serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade

• Caseload Size: Approximately 40-55 students requiring individualized speech therapy

• Virtual Delivery: Teletherapy via secure video platforms combined with digital record-keeping

• Service Focus Areas:

  • Articulation and phonological disorders

  • Language comprehension and expression

  • Fluency and voice therapy

  • Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) support

  • Social communication and pragmatic language skills

• Perform remote speech and language assessments and evaluations

• Develop and implement customized therapy plans tailored to individual IEP goals

• Deliver engaging virtual therapy sessions to promote communication skills

• Monitor student progress and maintain comprehensive electronic documentation

• Collaborate effectively with families, teachers, and support staff in a remote environment

• Ensure compliance with Kentucky licensure standards and ASHA professional guidelines

• Active Speech Language Pathologist licensure in Kentucky

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Minimum of two years of school-based experience

• Proven ability to provide effective teletherapy services
