Position DetailsWeekly Hours: 35-37.5 hours per week, aligned with academic schedules
Grade Levels: K-12 caseload focusing on elementary through high school
Caseload Size: Approximately 45-60 students receiving speech and language services
Virtual Delivery: Secure video-based teletherapy sessions combined with digital progress tracking
Focus Areas:
Language development delays
Speech articulation disorders
Voice and fluency interventions
Social communication and pragmatics
AAC device support
Administer remote speech-language evaluations and progress assessments
Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
Conduct engaging virtual lessons that promote student participation and growth
Maintain detailed digital records and communicate progress with families and staff
Collaborate closely with educators and other service providers in a virtual team environment
Uphold compliance with Ohios licensure requirements and ethical standards
Active Ohio Speech Language Pathologist licensure
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Minimum two years of K-12 school-based experience
Experience delivering remote speech therapy
Adequate technology setup for virtual instruction
