• Weekly Hours: 35-37.5 hours per week, aligned with academic schedules

• Grade Levels: K-12 caseload focusing on elementary through high school

• Caseload Size: Approximately 45-60 students receiving speech and language services

• Virtual Delivery: Secure video-based teletherapy sessions combined with digital progress tracking

• Focus Areas:

  • Language development delays

  • Speech articulation disorders

  • Voice and fluency interventions

  • Social communication and pragmatics

  • AAC device support

• Administer remote speech-language evaluations and progress assessments

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals

• Conduct engaging virtual lessons that promote student participation and growth

• Maintain detailed digital records and communicate progress with families and staff

• Collaborate closely with educators and other service providers in a virtual team environment

• Uphold compliance with Ohios licensure requirements and ethical standards

• Active Ohio Speech Language Pathologist licensure

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Minimum two years of K-12 school-based experience

• Experience delivering remote speech therapy

• Adequate technology setup for virtual instruction
